Apopka La Granja
The subject property for this deal was a vacated Taco Bell on a major retail thoroughfare in Apopka, FL- a submarket in Central Florida. The building was purchased with the business model of placing La Granja (a quick expanding South Florida concept) in the building. Between ourselves and the tenant the building was taken through an extensive interior and exterior renovation.
The building was sold roughly 3 years after our initial purchase to a 1031 buyer at terms that exceeded our proforma projections.
